1. Do I have to pay royalty-fees at any time?
No, with the purchase comes a license which grants you to use this title world-wide for one of your projects, without the need to pay any royalties at any time.

Is it possible to get exclusive rights on certain music titles?
Yes. If you want the exclusive rights for a title, please send us an email via the contact page with your request. We will clarify if an exclusive licence is possible for this title.
3. Will I get an invoice and license document from SOUNDTAXI?
Yes. You will receive an invoice via email for all purchased titles as well as the license which grants you to use this title world-wide for one of your projects, without the need to pay any royalties at any time.
4. How can I download the music?
After completion of the order you'll come to a screen that lists all the music you just purchased. Just cklick "Download" to start download the music immediately. All music titles are compressed (*.zip format) and now can be saved to your harddrive. Your invoice will be sent to you, including the corresponding license that authorizes the usage of the purchased titles.
You have one year, starting from the date of the initial purchase, to log into the SOUNDTAXI website with your email adress and password and re-download your ordered music titles.
For orders with Paypal: During checkout, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your order. Thereafter you are taken back to the Soundtaxi website where you are provided with the download links. If it happens that you are not taken back to the Soundtaxi website correctly, you can log in at Soundtaxi with your access details and download the songs via your account.
5. What payment method do you accept?
Credit Card (VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and American Express).
In addition to entering the credit card information, you also need to enter a CVV/CVC security code. On Visa and Mastercard, the verification number is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your card. On American Express cards, it is a 4-digit number printed on the front of your card.

No problem, simply use our "password forgotten" function and your password will be sent to you via email.
8. I receive a message that a Flash 8 Plug-in must be installed
You must have the Flash 8 Plug-in installed, because our trial listening function is based on this technology. You can download the plug-in by clicking here.
9. What if the download is not successful or is interrupted?
From the date of purchase you have the possibility for one year long to access all your ordered music pieces via customer log in with your email address and password. At the end of this period the possibility still exists to send the music to you again upon presentation of the invoice.
10. What is an illegitimate use?
The musical works may not be sold as a standalone product or distributed under any other name.
The musical works may not be used, circulated or made available within the framework of music archives or music data banks. The use of the musical works for websitetemplates is also prohibited. For further informations see License Rights.
