With the music search filter you can limit your search results. How you can refine the search results
with the music search filter and consequently get better hit rates is explained below:
(1) Select filter terms carefully
Utilise the filter terms from the select boxes “Mood” and “Instrument” very carefully. Avoid search
terms whose correlation to the respective category is doubtful. Through the wrong combinations of
search terms in the select boxes it can happen that your search results in no hits.
(2) Search in all categories
To search in all categories you must deselect the category from the select box.
(3) Use of search word fields
Avoid entering fantasy names. Make sure of correct spelling. Several search words can simply
be separated by a blank space.
If no results could be found you can optimize your search terms:
Make sure all words are spelled correctly
Try different keywords.
Try more general keywords.
Try fewer keywords.
(4) Further filter options
Limit your search results. For example show only loops, or show only tracks without beat.
(5) Sort search results
Sort the search results by tempo, date, rating, or playing time.
